Every clinic verified by hand. Every time.
Health is too important for self-attestation. Before any clinic appears on DentaCue, our compliance team confirms their licence with MDC, visits the premises in person, and audits credentials. Annually, every clinic.
The 4-step verification process
- 01Document uploadSLA Β· 24 hours
Clinic submits MDC licence, premises certificate, owner ID, and at least two practitioner licences through ClinicOS.
- 02Regulator cross-checkSLA Β· 3 business days
We verify every licence number directly against the MDC register. Expired or invalid licences are flagged and escalated.
- 03Premises visitSLA Β· 5β7 business days
A DentaCue compliance officer visits the clinic in person. Photos, sterilisation logs, and equipment are checked against the application.
- 04Verified statusSLA Β· Live
Once approved, the clinic gets the verified badge. Re-verification runs annually, plus on every licence renewal cycle.
If we miss the SLA, the clinic's first month of ClinicOS is free. Compliance status is visible to clinics in real time on their dashboard.
